One of the benefits of working with longstanding clients is the knowledge you acquire about their product ranges and services. T20 Group has worked with Simonds Homes for the past six years, first as their outsource marketing company and then as their ad agency, and we’re proud to have built up a great rapport.
During this time, the Simonds team has grown to dominate the Victorian market as the number 1 home builder and has received more industry awards than any other.
Simonds Homes 2014 New Living Range has been five years in the making, comprising 15 new homes with 20 different façades. Simonds has extensively redesigned the “Great Australian Dream” to cater for the needs of today’s modern families, and the way in which they relate to each other and the home’s living space.
The new range and campaign were recently unveiled at Simonds’ Annual Sales and Marketing Conference to nearly 90 Sales Consultants. T20 Group redesigned the Simonds Product Guides with a “stripped back” elegance that highlights the luxury, flexibility and stylishness of the 2014 Range.
Along with this, the new TVCs emphasise the benefits of the New Living Range. They feature Mum, Dad and the children entertaining, relaxing and enjoying the amenities of their new Simonds home.
The campaign launched late October and included PR. This gave us a chance to further highlight how Simonds facilitates the Great Australian Dream by providing house and land packages starting at $299,000.
“The campaign launch coincided with the opening of new display homes in Bairnsdale, Lara and Clyde North”, said Simonds Homes Marketing Manager Daniel Senia. “It’s perfect timing and a great way to introduce would-be home owners to a range that’s been designed with today’s families in mind”.
