Launched at the recent Simonds Sales and Marketing conference, the positioning line "The Great Australian Builder" and supporting brand campaign "This is Simonds" are testament to Simonds impressive leadership of the Victorian new home market, and ongoing expansion into interstate markets.
Lead by a 60 sec brand TVC, with 30-sec edits, "This is Simonds" draws on Simonds' home building heritage, taking a nostalgic journey through six decades of family life. Says, Rod Curtis, Director at T20 Group "the commercial has big hair, a rumpus room, even an Apple LC2, and it speaks to people of all ages".
The TVC is currently on a strong free-to-air buy across Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The integrated campaign also features strategic press placements, point of sale material and a major retail promotion.
Simultaneous to the brand campaign, Simonds are undergoing a steady transition to the new positioning, across all business functions, with T20 developing executions of the new brand for both internal and external facing assets.
