In January this year, Thirsty Camel asked us to do something exceptionally cool. They asked us to develop a Beer Hunt Device.
The brief was to engage Facebook users with Thirsty Camel and selected Lion brands (XXXX Gold, TED & Hahn Super Dry) with the goal of building a database of customers.
Needless to say, Christmas came at once for our digital guys. They built an instant-win game app called 'Pop the Top.' Basically, you 'pop as many bottle tops as you can to reveal three matching camel heads to win an instant prize.'
'P the T' has been launched on Thirsty Camel Facebook pages across Australia, which means there'll be popping and winning from Bundaberg to Brunswick. After that, all winners will go into a draw to win $500 to spend at Thirsty Camel bottle shops.
You can always tell when someone enjoyed the creative process, and this game app is no exception - 'Pop the Top' is as fun to play, as it was to make. Thirsty Camel's Director of Marketing, Leah Grinter says, "T20's digital team have created a simple yet engaging game, we're delighted with Pop the Top, and with over a thousand plays in the first few days it's clear our Facebook community is too!"
In fact, we reckon everyone's a winner with this one. Thirsty people score beer and we get to use our creative muscles.
Thank you Thirsty Camel.
Click here to play 'Pop The Top' for your chance to win an instant prize and go into the draw to win $500 to spend at Thirsty Camel!
